Kitchen Equipment Specialist

We are looking for a Kitchen Equipment Specialist to support our Quick Service Restaurant operations.
Key Responsibilities:

Install, maintain, and repair kitchen equipment (fryers, ovens, grills, refrigeration units, etc.)

Conduct preventive maintenance to reduce downtime and extend equipment lifespan

Troubleshoot and resolve breakdowns promptly to ensure smooth operations

Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and operational standards

Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for spare parts and servicing
Requirements:

Minimum 5 - 7 years of proven experience in kitchen equipment maintenance (QSR or hospitality industry preferred)

Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration systems

Available to work in shifts and attend on-call requests as required

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities

Good teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills

Bahrain driving license (preferred)
