Kitchen Equipment Specialist

We are looking for a Kitchen Equipment Specialist to support our Quick Service Restaurant operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, maintain, and repair kitchen equipment (fryers, ovens, grills, refrigeration units, etc.)

  • Conduct preventive maintenance to reduce downtime and extend equipment lifespan

  • Troubleshoot and resolve breakdowns promptly to ensure smooth operations

  • Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and operational standards

  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for spare parts and servicing

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 - 7 years of proven experience in kitchen equipment maintenance (QSR or hospitality industry preferred)

  • Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration systems

  • Available to work in shifts and attend on-call requests as required

  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities

  • Good teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills

  • Bahrain driving license (preferred)
