As a Service Crew, you will
- Supporting the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
- Providing counseling on policies and procedures
- Being actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process
- Create and implement effective onboarding plans
- Assist in performance management processes
- Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues
- Maintain employee records (attendance, personal data etc.) according to policy and legal requirements
- Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance
- Checking and replying the emails
- Monitoring & updating passport, visa expiry and tracking renewals
- Maintaining and arranging all documents for leave salaries, final settlement, air ticket encashment
- Printing, scanning and filling all the supporting documents (HRD & ACCOUNTS)
- Payroll preparation & processing
- Preparation of Increment & promotion sheet
- Download attendance logs for all branches and head office
- Provisional Report
- Attendance Justification Report to all branches
- Store Visit Employee Concern
- Final settlement Preparation & data entering
- Preparation and report of transportation payment report
- Updating annual upcoming vacation and leave monitoring
- Booking and updating air ticket changes and monitoring the dates
- Store Incentive Report
- Monitoring and tracking of annual leaves, sick leaves, staffs transfers etc
- OEC documents preparation – Philippines Embassy
- CPR issue and renewals
- LMRA, GOSI, TAMKEEN related in-depth knowledge
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum 3-5 years hands on direct Human Resources working experience, acquired in similar organization.
