An IT position generally involves managing and storing data using computers, software, databases, networks, and servers. As an IT professional, you may maintain networks, analyze systems, and provide technical support.
MAIN DUTIES:
Support all AV troubleshooting, including video conferencing and audio conferencing room systems, projectors, digital screens, and other related equipment.
Troubleshooting for room systems, including microphones, ptz cameras, and desktop PC’s and laptops.
Setup of technology and configuration for courses as well as special events.
User account management through active directory and Google Admin.
Troubleshoot and maintain printer provisions for employees.
Perform system maintenance and updates as appropriate.
Provide employee with technology support, which includes troubleshooting operating systems, applications, and network issues, answering questions regarding application use, and the installation of software.
Image/reimage organization computers and install updates and software.
Advise employees on best practices, institutional policies, and process improvement.
Develop and nurture relationships with staff to encourage technology use.
Setup of technology and configuration for the institution and community events.
Perform system maintenance and updates as appropriate.

REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES:
Bachelor's degree in IT
Minimum 1 year experience in similar field
Ability to finish given work in a time period.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
